Our Outlook on Accidents and Injuries:

It is my fundamental belief that individuals injured through the negligence of others deserve to be financially compensated bothe for their injuries as well as for their resultant financial losses.

As only time and treatment will heal these individuals, money is the only reasonable way to compensate them for what they have had to endure.  In some provinces, like Saskatchewan and Manitoba, the right to claim compensation for injuries sustained in a motor vehicle collision has been taken away or substantially eroded by statute.  It is interesting to note that the socialist governments in those provinces that first abolished private automobile insurance.
