Edmonton may be one of the more sprawling and for some, terrifying cities to be a cyclist.    In my travels I discovered an excellent cyclist's resource to find bike trials near you, plus a compendium of useful information also!  Edmonton can be one of the most idyllic places I've ever seen.  At least when snow is not choking you as you try not to crack your block starting your car in temperatures often seen on the dark side of the moon.  So, with that in mind GET OUT OF THE HOUSE.  Explore some of these bike trails.  I for one will admit that I had no idea the extent of our efforts to make cyclists feel good about leaving the house.  Remember people RING THAT BELL.

Twin Willows
Where the grass is always greener.

With the closure of Golden West Golf Course (137ave & 170st), Twin Willows Golf Club (137ave & 156st) will be exceptionally busy this golf season, hosting tournaments and everyday golfers 7 days a week.

Here players will experience a more links-style design, with fescue covered mounds defining the individual golf holes.  The front nine originally opened 44 years ago in 1964. It features large tree-lined fairways, which give it a mature and traditional look and atmosphere.  The back nine was designed by Robert Kains Golf Course Design, built by Bet-Can Industrial, and opened on August 2nd, 2003.
